I've been boxing for over 15 years, competing in tournaments in Dallas, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. I turned pro and now 2 - 0 with 1 knockout.
Through Champions in Training I teach youth and adult boxing, conditioning, discipline, and life skills - using the ring as a tool to build strong men, on and off the canvas

Garage Talks Podcast was created from my own healing journey.
After losing my father, I wanted to create a space where real
people could talk about real life - faith, healing, redemption, manhood,
and personal growth. These are honest conversations to help men
and women navigate life and become who God created them to be.

In the next 5 - 10 years, I envision Akingsformula having its own building - a place where people can train, heal, connect, and grow. A community center with a boxing gym, mentorship programs, a podcast studio, bible studies, and resources for youth and adults. A safe place for those struggling with addiction, tough circumstances, or just trying to find their purpose. Most importantly, a place where people can develop their mind, body, and spirit through Christ.
